Summary
Helena Blavatsky: Isis Unveiled I-II
The Key to Discovering the Secrets of Ancient and Contemporary Science and Theology
Volume I - Science
Volume II - Theology
In this work, Blavatsky accomplished an incredibly difficult task by presenting an overview of the long path of human thought, beginning with ancient philosophical systems and ending with the scientific theories of the XIX century. The thousand-year-old wisdom - calm, impartial, inexhaustible, finally appeared before our readers. In Isis Revealed, the elements of the spiritual heritage of the East and the West are united, the opposites of all existing religions are reconciled, and their common source is pointed out. In it, Blavatska writes about mysterious legends, true devotees, cults of the East and West, the secrets of Buddhism and Christianity, then about the true Christ, the origin of Christianity, the influence of the stars and planets on human destiny, the riddles of the Gobi desert, the materialization of spirits, life after death. Bearers of great knowledge, seers of hidden reality, have always been sages of the East and their disciples, who came to our world as famous historical figures, religious initiates, philosophers, kings-sages or, simply, as unknown messengers...
In both volumes of Isis Unveiled, "the keys to secret knowledge are scattered" and the author invites us to collect them, in which the reader who is eager for ancient wisdom will succeed. Real life consists in spiritual knowledge, conscious existence in Spirit, not in matter..." - is one of the mentioned keys, and there are many of them. The one who searches will find.
If we accept the hypothesis that Blavatska accelerated evolution and that she was the medium of great teachers, then we can easily solve the riddle of the existence of this great hermeticist. "Helena Petrovna Blavatska is the true pride of Russia, a great martyr for light and truth", with admiration painter and mystic Nikolai Roerich spoke about her.
