The collection "Authorske bure" was conceived in a unique way, considering the slogan of the project Rijeka 2020 - European Capital of Culture: "Port of diversity". Selected, renowned, very different authors of the "bhsc" language, lived for a month in the belt of, again very different, local communities around the Kvarner Gulf. Their task was to watch, absorb and after a month's stay to write a short story that in some way concerns the communities where they stayed. Of course, it was not only desirable, but also inevitable, that the stories concern the author as well.

Just as it was inevitable that as a result a collection of very different stories was created. That is why inside the cover of this book you will find stories based on diary entries, playful-experimental, SFantasy, lyrical-reflexive, neo-realistic, horror and all kinds of other stories.

Because diversity is abundance.
