Summary
Vladan Jovanović: Inercija: Patchwork novel
If everything that exists must be in a relationship with something else - if this is true, no matter how strange it sounds - if without those relationships that made up his life he has no properties (because for a property to really exist, someone must recognize it and connect it to him), if a person exists only in relation to another being - then if that being is not there (the one he waits for, loves, that gets on his nerves, that he wants, and sometimes and avoids), if there is no such being, I say, then that man who passes by as I watch him through the glass - after exhausting all relationships - has lost the essence of life.
