Bernardo Atxaga: The Loner

Psychological thriller by the Castilian author (real name Joseba Irazu Germendias), whose novel "Obabakoak" was published in the same Faust library by Dimitrije Savić in 2001. The main protagonist of the novel is Carlos, a former ETA activist who now lives near Barcelona, where he runs a hotel with a group of friends. The World Cup is being held in Spain, and their hotel is home to the Polish national football team.
