Summary
Georgi Bardarov: Absolvo te
This novel is inspired by two true stories that are distant in time, but are connected by common human values and the need to forgive another person what you would not forgive yourself. Just as in ancient Greek mythology the river Styx separates the earth from the underworld, so this novel separates the good and the bad that exist together in every human being. The novel tries to reach the darkest underworld of the human soul - where good and evil are born.
The three main characters are at the same time very different from each other in origin, religion and fate, but at the same time they are connected to each other by invisible steel threads. Each of them is by definition a good man, but pressed by circumstances, he commits an unforgivable sin.
