Marko Marulić: Judita

Judita is Marko Marulić's most famous work and the first artistic epic of Croatian literature sung in the Croatian language. It consists of six cantos and a total of 2126 doubly rhyming twelfths. It was written in 1501 and published in 1521. It was noticed outside the borders of Croatia and translated into many world languages. Edited and interpreted by Marcel Kušar. The introduction was accompanied by Petar Kasandrić. With eight pictures in a row and five original art pieces by Oton Iveković and Celestin Medović.
