Summary
Henri Calet: Ofrlje through Italy: a travel diary
Henri Calet, one of the "unruly", non-conformist writers of French literature of the 20th century, finally emerges from the oblivion into which literary fashion drove him. A strange traveler, astute as he is lazy, who is more interested in everyday life than museums and monuments, leads a complicated life, full of misfortunes, dealing with all kinds of jobs. He writes for various magazines, including Camus's Combat, and publishes more than twenty works, mostly by Gallimard."
