Summary
Jack Kerouac: Tristessa
This is a psychological novel in which the heroes are scattered in search of drugs and experience the world only through the prism of bare existence. The love that the main character feels for Tristesa is strong, but it is also connected to the world of addiction, so loyalty to her is also a question of loyalty to drugs. A sad, torn story where the reader wonders if these protagonists are aware of the world they are in.
