Summary
Vlado Kreslin: Instead of whom the rose blooms
Kreslin's songs are something strong and emotional. In them, you can read the influences of those who influenced Central European culture, such as Brecht or Buchner, as well as "ordinary" people from the author's first environment. This is a great manuscript by someone for whom poetry is only one of the tools. Kreslin belongs to a few authors whose poems printed on paper have an authentic power even without accompanying music. A poet can hardly wish for more in his lifetime, and this book is, in a way, a gift. Which Vlado Kreslin deserved long ago.
