Jozo Marević: Croatian-Latin encyclopedic dictionary I-II

The dictionary has about 250,000 entries, more than 800,000 sub-entries and approximately three million syntagmatic expressions.

The dictionary includes classical Latinity, medieval (church) Latinity, modern and recent Latinity, with a special emphasis on Croatian latinists. It was printed in two volumes and on a total of 3,128 pages.

For this work, the author received two awards in 1998: the state award of the Ministry of Science of the Republic of Croatia for the most successful publication in 1997 from the field of social and humanistic publications and the "Mate Ujević" award for achievement in lexicography for 1997 from the Lexicographic Institute "Miroslav Tick".
