Asfaltarano nebo is the debut collection of poems (consisting of three poems) of the prominent Croatian writer Tončija Petrasov Marović, published in 1958 by the Split branch of Matica Hrvatska.

This collection has an extremely important place in of the history of contemporary Croatian literature for several key reasons:

Avangard breakthrough: The collection presented Marović as an extremely modern and avant-garde poet. It appeared in the midst of the activities of the so-called Krugovac generation, which opened the door to aesthetic freedom and a move away from socialist realism.
Language experiments: The book is recognizable by the author's penchant for language games, experimentation with form, the destruction of classical syntax and the introduction of urban and existential motifs.
Thematic framework: The title itself poetically combines urban, artificial and cold ("asphalted") with metaphysical, free and endless ("sky"), which vividly depicts the anxiety of modern man and the urban landscape of that time.
