Ruth Rendell: The Demon in My Wife
Arthur Johnson is another of the psychopathic characters from the gallery of the famous British author. He is aware of his urges that go back to his early childhood when, abandoned by his parents, he was brought up strictly by his aunt. He accidentally finds a way to restrain himself, but also accidentally his neighbors prevent him from controlling his strange urges, so his series of crimes continues.
