Written in the masculine gender, the novel tells the story of Srećko, a young man who decided to succeed at any cost.
Srećko, an intellectual, who was unsightly, polite and attentive to everyone, decided to turn the page. Due to his good manners, he did not do well in men's company, and he did not go well with women either, who preferred bad men with banjos and raging motorbikes. He started his social transformation with small steps: he got in line everywhere, he started to lie a little bit, then to lick himself because he saw that human qualities do not go well with others, so he cheated, stole... Everything worked out for him and led him to the top of the social ladder.
