Summary
Gerard Adam: Marco and Ngalula
Ten-year-old Marco spends his school holidays in the countryside, with his grandparents. There he meets Ngalula, a 12-year-old African girl who is the child of political refugees who Sisypheanly wait for their existential question to be resolved. Although they belong to different cultures, they find themselves in the world of the game that takes place within beautiful landscapes and achieve friendship beyond the prejudices and thoughts of adults. In each other, they found an opening to the world that illuminates their life with new light and children's happiness when they realize that they are most beautiful together.
