Summary
Sally Koslow: Unrepentant Molly Marx Molly Marx was thirty-two years old when she died under suspicious circumstances. However, this did not diminish her joie de vivre at all. Wondering how? Well, she has just discovered that she has arrived in the "after" and that from there she can actually observe those she left behind: Annabel, her adorable four-year-old daughter, her twin sister Lucy, Kitty, her unique mother-in-law, and of course her husband Barry, a plastic surgeon who develops a relationship with many of his patients that is much deeper than a professional one. And yes, your lover. And while Molly watches them, her loved ones try to figure out if her death was an accident, suicide or murder. She was last seen alive when she went for a bike ride in Riverside Park, and her body was found on the banks of the Hudson River. There are many questions: did she go to meet someone? Did she end her own life for reasons known only to her? Or did she simply lose control of the bike? And while the police try to find answers by interrogating people who knew her, Molly herself goes back in time and thinks about how it came to an unhappy end: about her somewhat complicated marriage, about a successful career as a magazine editor and about an irresistible colleague who attracted her.
