A tall man in a yellow raincoat was moving along New York's Lexington Avenue among the busy passers-by. At the corner of 59th Street, while he was waiting for the traffic light to turn green, someone suddenly slapped him on the back. He felt a sharp pain and collapsed on the pavement.
