"My working Tyrol" by Friederike Mayrocker (1924-2021) is a collection of poems written between 1996 and 2001 and represents a kind of lyrical diary, an album containing photos of everyday life filtered through the subtle and intense emotions of the lyrical subject. A large number of poems are dedicated to Ernst Jandl, her partner and famous poet, who died in 2000.
