Summary
Using language as photographic equipment may seem simple. However, what distinguishes a master photograph from a layman's are those gaps or small things captured beyond the object that is in focus. In the case of Elvedin Nezirović's songs, the mastery lies precisely in that, there at the end of the verse, between the words, he managed to capture the essence of the things that are his focus. That's how he creates music, the blues, which in this case he preaches as a path to catharsis, a personal, small catharsis for all of us longing for a great mysterious world that will amaze us with its beauty and harmonious rhythm, just like Elvedin Nezirović's songs do.
