Summary
Robert Perišić: Once Later
'Once Later' represents the author's previously unpublished poetic work created over a period of several years. The poems have a rather intimate tone, and the question of the subject is still the main problem that preoccupies Perišić as a poet. In the high-quality domestic poetic production of the nineties and 2000s, Perišić tries to occupy a neutral position by unpretentiously recording his own poetic needs. In his poems, Perišić's subject has slipped away, he creates a kind of scattering of the subject, and tries to describe something that flickers between human and non-human, subjectivity and otherness.
