Weary travelers crowded the area in front of the exit. Most of them were huddled against the walls, because the few plastic seats had already been taken long ago. It was the Sunday after Thanksgiving, one of the busiest days for airlines, and as people pushed and shoved, many of them wondered, not for the first time, why exactly they had chosen that day to travel...
