Summary
Aleksandar Tišma: School of Ignorance
Extraordinarily constructed, written in the same key for all stories, the collection "School of Ignorance" is one of the most important works of Aleksandar Tišma. It represents a bold step forward into the little-known space of killers and victims, that is, the space inhabited by parasites without names and origins. This collection actually tries to indirectly answer the question of what existence is, a question that has haunted Aleksander Tišma in private: "Existence is a problem for me, most likely because it coincides with identity. Only those parts of my existence that abolish identity are devoid of problems: sleep, travel, sex and writing."
